Products marked "Pre-order" are incoming pieces not yet in stock. You can sign up to get notified via email when they arrive – simply click the "Notify me" button, enter your email address and click OK. You will then receive an email notification when the product is available to buy.
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on kasa-studios.com please send us a request for a return authorization within 7 days of delivery date.
This do not apply when purchasing a pre-order, return authorization is 7 days.
All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
All items on sale or on promotional discounts are final.
- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Returns must be returned with any additional gifts included with your purchase for a full refund. If gifts are unreturned, we will charge you for these items and they will be deducted from your refund.
- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

We will accommodate an exchange for items purchased on www.kasa-studios.com the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge on both domestic and international orders.
Once the exchange item is received , we will send out your exchange request as soon as possible while notifying you with new tracking. Kasa Studios covers exchange shipping free of charge on domestic orders only.
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges. International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. For more information on making an international return please email email@example.com

RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
REQUEST A RETURN
1. Email email@example.com with subject "Returning Item" with garment name and Kasa Studios and order #.
2. Please note the nature of the return or exchange in the e-mail etc.
3. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible, including all items shipped with the order.
4. Once the return is received, returns will be credited to the original form of payment on file. Please allow for up to 5-7 days to receive credit for returned items.

International express: approx. 3-4 business days, 150 SEK
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays).
When the shipment has left the warehouse you will be sent an email and you will be able to track your order.
We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse The shipping cost is non-refundable for returns.
How much does a return cost?
We do not offer free returns, the cost of the return will be withdrawn from the refund. The cost for the return shipment is 15 USD.
